Clent Connect MARK YOUR DIARIES! On Saturday 30th May, we are delighted to welcome the Severn Arts Music Box Bus to the Hub, from 10am to 1pm – and everyone is invited to come along and get involved!
The Music Box is a vibrant, mobile music space designed to bring people together through creativity. Step aboard and you’ll find a fully equipped mini music studio on wheels, offering hands-on opportunities to explore instruments, experiment with sound, and enjoy making music in a relaxed, friendly setting. Whether you’re a complete beginner or already musical, it’s all about getting involved and enjoying the experience.
This visit is part of the ongoing objectives at Clent Connect to create more opportunities for shared, inter-generational activities within the community. The Music Box Bus is perfect for this – children, parents, grandparents and neighbours can all join in side by side, discovering something new and creative together.
Alongside the music activities, the Hub will also be hosting a stem cell donor registration drive with DKMS. If you’re aged 16 – 55 and in general good health, you can register on the day in just a few minutes. The process is simple and non-invasive, involving a quick cheek swab and a short form. By signing up, you could one day be a life-saving match for someone across the world in need.
There’s no need to book for either – just come along, bring the family, and see where the morning takes you.
